It's a good brand. Super happy and friendly team, cool images and nice clothes. No complaints other than one of my items was missing from the order, so I had to wait for that. They did solve the problem right away and ship the item but that was the only annoying thing

I really prefer this style of pants and this shaping is so hard to find without paying crazy money. I am glad I took the chance and bought some pants as they are exactly how I was looking for :)

ya the pants are very cool but one item didn't fit and I had to pay for return. I find it frustrating when brands don't cover but ig with smaller brands you have to expect it these days :/ anyways cool clothes so i'd say worth buying

really cool brand and designs with a nice team to help with orders. Some of the quality of the clothes is better than some others but overall they are worth it

I ordered the Machine trousers in the size medium which took two weeks to come. I am usually a UK 10 between 28-29 waist and they were incredibly tight. I then ordered the size up which took 15 days to come - they fit ok but still a little tight. Considering they only go one more size up and I found the difference to be minimal, it’s certainly not a body inclusive brand.

I find the material poor quality - and would not purchase again especially if I didn’t get them in the sale and had to pay full price. Now that one of the pairs has been returned they have informed me it can take up to 10 business days (2 weeks) for them to be inspected and the return to be initiated! I assume it will then take another 5 days to show up in my account.

The communication has been poor and the clothes are not worth this painful process. Definitely wont be ordering again.

Don't even bother!

Trying to initiate a refund. Emailed multiple times, contacted via the site contact form and no response. It's a shame the customer service doesn't exist as I would have ordered from here again. I do like the clothes but it's not worth the hassle. Lost out on a potential repeat customer. I'd advise against ordering here.

I had to return the trousers bc too short for me (I am 1.79cm) and I got a M. Jacket was big on me though which was weird. Team was fast and return easier than I thought

Really lovely team who were responsive and great value for money. I would say the only thing to improve is the shipping which took over a week but there wre no custom fees or anything else which was nice so i would recommend

Bought the twisted cardigan which came with a hole. Wrote them and even though it was christmas they wrote me back instantly and refunded me the money. I crocheted a flower in the hole and now its one of my fav cardigans ever. so comfy and great quality - and 10/10 customer service
